Angus Robertson Fletcher
Coach and Facilitator
Clients come to me because they want something to change. Often they have been waiting some time to take action.
Who do I coach?
Most of my clients come to me through word of mouth. Some clients pay for their own coaching while others come to me via organisations. I have a mix of male and female clients, working on both personal and professional issues.
Why do people come to see me?
Here are some of the reasons clients have made contact:
Someone in a successful job who is told by all around them that they are doing well, but inside they are not enjoying work and feel trapped by their perceived success – whether that be status or salary.
A strong achiever who is feeling the stress in his or her job. They may not be seeing the wood for the trees. It’s hard to take a step back and make a rational evaluation when the mind is speeding.
Some clients are having difficulties with their manager, director, or a member of their own team. Work relationships can be what keeps perfectly capable people awake at night.
Other clients come with a desire to reconnect with what’s important to them, reduce their anxiety, or get back on their feet after a tough time.
When a client commits to coaching, they are committing to some hard work. If they want to make changes this will involve facing the uncomfortable at times and being open to experimenting with new ways of thinking and behaving.
What makes me qualified?
My coaching certifications are listed below, but I may not be the right coach for you. I suggest having a conversation before engaging in any work together to make sure both client and coach feel there is good initial connection. I also facilitate workshops and away-days, develop teams, and train coaches. If you'd like to know more about my background visit LinkedIn.
